Player Statistics

A much requested feature is now available. Player statistics can now be viewed on VCLTA.com - you can see the number of games won/lost and sets won/lost for your Singles and Doubles matches.

There are 3 levels of access to the statistics. Club Delegates by default have access to all player statistics within their club(s). Team Managers by default have access to all player statistics within their team(s), and players can be given access to their individual statistics.

To be given access, Club Delegates can create a Team Manager login via the existing Club Management area. Players will need to request access via their Club Delegate or Team Manager. To give access, simply search for the player on the stats page, click on the name, and enter the details. (If you already have a user account with access to the Club Management or Team Management, you will have access to the stats).

Please send any feedback to (please don't send requests for access)

Heat Rule

With the Summer heat, our heat rule comes into effect. Rule 11 f in the Junior rules is as follows:

The Pennant Secretary has the authority to wholly abandon all matches on a particular day because of extreme heat. Both teams must attend the court and sign the match card unless the Pennant Secretary's permission is obtained to do otherwise. If the temperature should reach 30 degrees or more, both captains can agree mutually to call the match a draw. As a safety to all junior players should the temperature reach 35 degrees as notified on the Bureau of Meteorology at any time after the start of play, the match must be stopped.

Over the Summer remember to drink plenty of water on the court, wear suitable clothing, sunscreen, a hat and possibly sunglasses. All team managers should ensure that they are aware of the heat rules, and ensure all players safety over the Summer.

You can find the current temperature for Melbourne by visiting the Bureau of Meteorology's website, www.bom.gov.au or by calling the weather service on 1196

VCLTA.com Summer

The Summer Junior competition is well underway. Remember that every game won during the season counts towards the $1,000. You can view the live ladder on this site at VCLTA.com/thousanddollar.php

Every game that you win will count towards your clubs total (even if the set is lost).

Remeber to get the scorecard to your sections record keeper as soon as your match has finished. You may be able to email your scoresheet through, please contact the record keeper before choosing this method. Record keeper details (including the email address) for each section are available on the draw through the login area of this site. If you don't have a user account, please contact your club's delegate who can set one up for you.

More info and the rules can be found from the links on the side menu, or you can email for more.

Good luck to all teams competing.

Where do I send the scorecards?

We receive this question often via email.
If you don't know your sections record keeper, you can either contact your club's delegate, or log in to the website and downloading the draw. The draw in the login area contains the record keeper's contact details.

If you don't have login details for your team, please contact your club's delegate, they can set one up for you. Record keeper details are not available without being logged in.

When will my ladder be updated?

As each section has its own record keeper, you'll need to contact them regarding the ladders. The site admin can't update the ladders as we don't receive the scorecards!
